A community programmable wiki is a wiki which allows the community to edit its source code in a manner similar to the way wikis allow their text to be edited.
CommunityProgrammableWiki (C.P.W.) is the new name for this project. So far, no one's had time to update all of the occurences of the old name, SelfProgrammingWiki. So you might see that term being used, too.
